Responsibilities:

Primary Duties (80-90% of overall responsibilities)

• Gallery Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the gallery, including staff supervision, facility oversight, and ensuring a high level of service for customers and guests. Collaborate closely with the CEO/Founder to ensure smooth gallery operations. Maintain strong relationships with regular patrons and cultivate customer loyalty.
• B2B Sales, Planning, and Reporting: Provide regular updates to the CEO/Management on operational performance and sales forecasts. Develop and implement strategies to engage business clients, particularly within the hotel and related sectors in Singapore. Proactively generate leads, schedule client meetings, and successfully close sales.

Secondary Duties (10-20% of overall responsibilities)

• Human Resources: Lead hiring and training initiatives. Manage staff rosters and coordinate scheduling across all store locations. Foster strong relationships with artists and support pop-up events and exhibitions.
• Marketing and Promotion: Manage updates across social media platforms and newsletters. Oversee the membership service program and coordinate event planning in collaboration with department stores, retail partners, manufacturers, and artists.
• Order and Curatorial Support: Supervise and assist with product ordering and inventory planning.
• Administrative Oversight: Monitor administrative tasks, including inventory tracking, basic accounting, and record-keeping, handled by other team members.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management within the retail, hospitality, or F&B industries
• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role with team management responsibilities
• Experience in handling and configuring POS (Point of Sale) systems is preferred
