Job Position:- Site Supervisor (C&S)

Working hours

Mon - Fri (08.00 am to 5.00 pm)

Sat - (08.00 am - 12.00 pm)

Education & Qualification

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• For C&S discipline - STSS (Structural Steel Society) certificate or equivalent.
• For M&E discipline - IES RE/RTO registration.
• All disciplines - WSQ-Supervise Construction Work certificate or equivalent.

Skills And Knowledge

• Strong technical knowledge to review design details and method statements.
• Ability to resolve site issues during construction.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Completion of at least one safety course and ability to identify potential safety infringements.
• Ability to manage a team of Site Supervisors (for Senior Resident Engineer, Resident Engineer, and Resident Architect roles).
• Administrative skills to maintain discipline and manage personnel records.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team player.
• Diligent, methodical, and meticulous.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to digitalization efforts in projects.
• Keen learner and supportive of new technologies in the built environment.
