Key Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Accounts Management: Assist or independently manage the complete set of accounts for various clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Month-End Closings: Support or execute month-end closing processes efficiently for multiple companies.
- Management Accounts Preparation: Help develop or independently create comprehensive monthly management accounts and reporting packages.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in or prepare financial statements in line with Financial Reporting Standards.
- Financial Management Support: Provide support in or deliver expert financial management services to our clients.
- Problem-Solving: Assist in or promptly address and resolve accounting issues as they arise.
- Client Advisory: Provide clients with basic advice or insightful recommendations on finance operations, accounting systems, and reporting requirements.
- Ad-Hoc Assignments: Assist with or tackle special projects and assignments as needed.
- Group Account Consolidation: Handle the consolidation of financial statements for simple to complex group structures.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Accountancy. Professional qualifications such as ACCA are a plus for senior positions.
- Relevant Experience:Entry Level: Working experience in accounts-related duties or audit.
Ethics and Integrity: Honest and trustworthy with a basic to solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards and Singapore Taxes.
