What You'll Do:

Content Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement a creative content plan for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn that aligns with our brand's voice and goals.

Content Creation - Produce high-quality videos, photos, and graphics showcasing our ice cream, behind-the-scenes moments, events (like Sundae Social!), and brand story.

Trendspotting & Engagement - Stay on top of social media trends, challenges, and viral moments to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Community Engagement - Interact with our audience, respond to comments, and build a strong, engaged community. Experience in influencer partnerships or paid social media campaigns, Support influencer and KOL outreach by coordinating product drops and tracking engagement.

Analytics, Reporting & Growth - Track content performance and continuously refine strategies to drive engagement, reach, and conversions.

Collaboration - Work with internal teams (marketing, product development) to align content with upcoming launches, events, and campaigns.

Marketing Support - Assist with marketing initiatives as required, for example, on site coverage, events coordination and support in brand collaborations etc.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Strong photography & videography skills (basic editing in apps like CapCut, Canva, Adobe preferred)

Passion for storytelling, branding, and food (ice cream lovers, this is your moment!)

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Bonus:

Experience running or supporting paid social media ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.)

Experience in a marketing roles, or degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
