We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our Culinary Management Trainee Program - a structured development journey designed to shape future culinary leaders in the F&B industry. Through hands-on training and cross-functional rotations, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of kitchen operations, food quality, team leadership, and business management in a dynamic food service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rotate through key kitchen sections including hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, and production to build a strong culinary foundation.
- Support daily food preparation and uphold standards in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Learn and apply principles of kitchen operations such as inventory control, cost management, hygiene standards, and procurement processes.
- Assist in the development and execution of menus, seasonal offerings, and special events.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g. HACCP, SFA).
- Collaborate with front-of-house and service teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
- Analyze operational performance and propose improvements in workflow, quality, and efficiency.
- Work under the guidance of experienced mentors and receive regular feedback to track growth and performance.
- Take on team-leading tasks and supervisory duties as part of leadership development.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field.
- Strong passion for cooking, kitchen operations, and the F&B industry.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior kitchen or F&B experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
