• 5 - 7 years' work experience relevant to enterprise level Storage platforms in particular DELL/EMC ISILON, HPE XP7, 3PAR and Brocade Fabrics.

• Should be a subject matter expert in specific or relevant

• SAN/NAS Administration / Solutions.

• Disaster recovery operations related to SAN/NAS solutions.

• SAN/NAS performance tuning and optimisation.

• Experience supporting and troubleshooting medium to large scale, multi-site, enterprise SAN/NAS technology environments.

• Experience on Storage capacity planning, performance analysis, monitoring, reporting.

• Good understanding of operational framework like ITIL/ITSM, operations process.

• Scripting skills/Automation knowledge to ease the operations.

• Very good experience in supporting and managing the replication and other copy services

• Knowledge on multiple operating systems like windows, Linux and UNIX.

• Hands on experience of working on monitoring tools / management platforms.

• Relevant certifications a must (SAN, NAS or Fabric)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and logical skills.
