Job Requirements:
- Oversee the operations of meeting rooms and pantry.
- Manage, build and maintain cordial relationship with clients.
- Manage the performance and morale of the employees.
- Ensure quality and wholesome food is served.
- Ensure all areas of services provided are maintained at the require standard.
- Maintain and improve hygiene and safety standards for the outlet.
- Submit weekly and monthly status report to immediate superior.
- Conduct trainings to the team according to schedule provided.
- Maintain records of all trainings, invoices and quotations.
- Manage and maintain inventory of all products and equipment.
- Responsible for coordinating with Procurement, vendors for any purchase or item required for the outlet.
- Administer and maintain staff record; inform OM of any movement within the two outlets.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.
- Preferably to be energetic and motivated to serve.
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures
- Follow all Emergency Response plans on site
- Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks
- Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times
Job Requirements:
- Preferable with F&B experience in similar capacity as a supervisor.
- At least 2-year experience in the related field.
