Job Description

1. Sales Administration Tasks

• Preparation of estimates and invoices, handling inquiries, and follow-up.
• Data entry into the ERP system.
• Responding to inquiries via phone and email, and coordinating and adjusting with other departments.
• Collaborate with the internal IT infrastructure engineering team and the accounting department to support smooth sales activities.

2. Product Procurement

• Contacting suppliers and vendors to procure and manage necessary equipment, software, and services.

Job Requirement

• At least 2 years of experience in the IT field, or in general administrative or sales-related work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Business level in Japanese as this role needs to communicate with Japanese clients and internal Japanese staff in Japanese
