Brief Summary:

• Basic Salary: $5,500 - $8,500

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the operations team in Malaysia (10-15 staff), with potential future oversight of the Chennai team in next few years.
• Review Letters of Credit (LC), prepare LC-compliant trade documents, and manage end-to-end order fulfilment-from EDI order processing to freight booking, delivery, and permit declaration.
• Oversee business unit operations and development, including performance management, training, compensation, and manpower planning.
• Handle customer feedback by investigating issues promptly, providing corrective actions, and implementing preventive measures.
• Prepare and analyze monthly KPI reports, presenting findings to clients; actively participate in weekly stewardship video meetings.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements to ensure operational efficiency and performance.
• Responsible for tender submissions and contract renewals; prepare rate proposals for management and review contractual operational conditions.

✅ Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
• Prior experience in petrochemical logistics and handling large-scale orders is a must.
