The Role

• Own and lead the full Netsuite ERP implementation lifecycle, from planning to go-live
• Manage project scope, timeline, resources, and budget
• Create and maintain a comprehensive project plan with key milestones
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China to capture business requirements
• Evaluate and challenge third-party vendor recommendations for SuiteApps and add-on modules
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Maintain effective communication channels and ensure regular project updates
• Lead internal teams and external consultants through each project phase
• Oversee data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Drive user training and change management initiatives
• Ensure a smooth transition to support and post-go-live operations

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 successful Netsuite ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Netsuite architecture, modules, and best practices.
• Experience in manufacturing or trading sectors, preferably in packaging or related industries
• Proven track record evaluating and integrating third-party SuiteApps.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience leading regional projects across Asia, with multicultural teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating complex business requirements and conflicting priorities.
• Fluent in English; professional proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
