Case Manager - High networth business

JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to support our partnership business, particularly our Mainland China Visitors (MCV) high-net-worth (HNW) segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for case management, relationship building, client engagement, and organizing events tailored for our MCV business. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Streamline and optimize sales processes within the department. Assist the team manager in monitoring and evaluating sales activities, track sales performance and generate accurate sales forecasts and reports. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Provide extensive sales and administrative support to the sales team.
2. Oversee and manage cases with focus on MCV business, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. operations, underwriting, compliance and policy administration etc,) to support sales initiatives and ensure smooth business operations.
3. Partner with Business Development Managers to develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and stakeholders to foster collaboration and support business growth. Support brokers onboarding and training requests.
4. Provide exceptional service to brokers and business partners by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally to deliver a positive end-client experience.
5. Plan, coordinate, and execute events to promote the MCV business and strengthen partnerships with brokers and stakeholders.
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns to enhance partnership initiatives and achieve business objectives.
7. Undertake any other duties/projects to support the department.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business / Finance / Insurance or related field). Relevant certifications in insurance or brokerage management are highly desirable.
2. Experience in sales support or brokerage management within the insurance industry is advantageous.
3. Good technical knowledge of high-net-worth (HNW) insurance and processes.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to translate complex insurance concepts to clients, brokers and internal stakeholders.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Ability to interpret insurance sales data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
7. Experience working with insurance broker management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of insurance quoting tools is a plus.
8. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies.
10. Ability to travel overseas as required by business needs.
