We are looking for a customer-oriented front counter Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers at the workshop. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and professional experience - from vehicle check-in to service completion. You will work closely with our technicians and workshop team to communicate service updates, recommend relevant repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction in line with our service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk or service reception.
  • Attend to walk-in and phone/email enquiries regarding service bookings, vehicle issues, and appointment availability.
  • Register customer details and service requirements accurately in the workshop management system.
  • Liaise with technicians and workshop supervisors to understand required service or repair work.
  • Provide clear explanations to customers regarding diagnostics, quotations, parts replacement, and estimated completion time.
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles throughout the servicing process.
  • Handle feedback or complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Promote service packages, seasonal promotions, and recommended services to enhance customer value.
  • Ensure smooth handover of vehicles after service, and follow up for customer satisfaction if required.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional front desk environment in accordance with company standards.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or mechanical workshop sector.
  • Good knowledge of vehicle servicing/repairs is an advantage (training can be provided).
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask, work independently, and manage time efficiently.
  • Good computer skills - familiar with MS Office and basic workshop management systems.
  • Only Singaporeans need apply.

Additional Information:
  • 6 - day work week (with Alternate Saturdays Off)
  • 5 - day work week (required to work on Saturdays & Sundays)
