• Diploma/ Degree with min. 1 year of Accounting (AP, AR, entries) experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) with proficiency in Oracle Netsuite/ERP systems a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and highly regulated financial industry, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Your role is key in ensuring that the financial operations within the company run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will span across a variety of areas, from day-to-day operations to supporting cross-functional teams:

• Responsible for all accounts payable/receivable functions
• Prepare monthly full set of accounts for dormant/inactive entities
• Assist in banking matters as and when required
• Assist in ad-hoc operational and adminstrative tasks assigned by supervisor
• Assist in liason with annual audit, tax and bank relationship managers
• Provide support to finance team members as needed

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in business major or related
• At least 1 year of Accounting (AP, AR, entries) experience
• Proficiency in Oracle Netsuite or ERP systems is an added advantage
• Attentive to details and possess a sense of urgency
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and highly regulated financial industry
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin essential to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders
