We are seeking an experienced Project Management Lead to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, along with a proven track record of managing complex projects across diverse teams.

Critical Success Factors:

• \tPrior experience in Large scale deployment planning, identification of integrated risks

• \tPrior experience in Test Methodologies and Automated testing

• \tOps experience to prepare for hyper care / go live support, structure required, BCP

• \tPrior experience in Public Services

• \tFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• \tPlan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• \tDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

• \tDevelop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• \tMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• \tCoordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.

• \tManage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
