Job Description:

• To assist the Managing Director and Director to oversee projects.
• To assist the Project Architects in assigned projects.
• To liaise with internal and external parties/consultants on project requirements

Requirements:

1. Architectural Associate - Degree in Architecture or equivalent (preferably recognized by the Board of Architects, Singapore)
2. Architectural Assistant - Diploma holder in the related field or equivalent (Preferably Singapore Poly, Temasek Poly)
3. NUS Interns
4. Proficiency in BIM (Revit/ArchiCAD)

Other Requirements

• Ability to work independently - preparation of drawings and documentation
• Possess knowledge of local regulations and submission procedures
• Possess good interpersonal skills and a team player
