What You'll Do: As a Design Consultant, you'll be the key bridge between our homeowners and the creative minds in our Interior Design and Operations teams. You'll guide clients through the renovation journey, ensuring their vision comes to life with seamless execution. No design execution required - your role focuses on understanding client needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for their spaces.
• Work closely with our Interior Designers and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a stress-free and enjoyable renovation experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the renovation process.

What We're Looking For:

• Basic renovation knowledge with a keen sense of interior design.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build lasting relationships and trust with clients.

• Previous experience in a client-facing or sales role is a plus.
