Job Responsibilities:

• Execute and optimize compliance policies: Implement the compliance policies formulated by the parent company's compliance department, supervise the execution of overseas business, and cooperate with the parent company to optimize the policy framework; propose localized policy adjustment suggestions based on the actual needs of overseas business and local regulatory differences.
• Compliance management and risk review: As the compliance BP for overseas business, lead the compliance review of overseas business, including transaction process, contract terms, partner qualifications, etc., identify potential risks and propose solutions; regularly report overseas compliance management status and major risk events to the parent company's compliance department.
• Audit support and rectification follow-up: Cooperate with the parent company's audit department in the audit of overseas business (including compliance audit), coordinate and provide the documents, data and process instructions required for the audit to ensure the smooth progress of the audit. Follow up on the problems found in the audit, formulate rectification plans and promote their implementation to ensure that compliance loopholes are closed in a timely manner.
• Internal and external compliance coordination and promotion: As the company's compliance policy interface with overseas customers, channels, and suppliers, answer compliance questions and encourage external partners to comply with the company's compliance requirements. Serve as a core instructor for compliance training for overseas employees, designing and implementing customized training programs (such as anti-bribery, data privacy, export control, etc.).
• Cross-regional compliance collaboration: Coordinate the collaboration between the overseas business center and the compliance, legal, and audit departments of the parent company to ensure information synchronization and consistency of actions.

Job requirements:

• Degree or above in law, international commercial law, risk management and other related fields. Applicants with education background or knowledge reserve in finance and accounting are preferred;
• Applicants with a law degree (LLB/LLM/JD), international compliance certification (such as CCEP, ICA) or financial certification (such as ACCA) are preferred.
• 5 years of compliance management experience, experience in compliance practice in multinational companies or overseas businesses is required, and those with experience in supporting the audit department to conduct compliance audits are preferred.
• Familiar with international trade and understand key regulations such as export control (such as EAR, OFAC).
• Risk sensitivity: Ability to quickly identify compliance risks in business scenarios and propose feasible risk control solutions.
• Audit collaboration capability: Understand audit processes and standards, be able to work efficiently with the audit team, and have the driving force to rectify problems.
• Cross-cultural communication: Fluent in written and spoken English (needed to handle English contracts and cross-border communication), Chinese proficiency is preferred (to facilitate docking with the parent company in China).
• Adapt to high-frequency cross-border collaboration and travel, and be able to balance business needs and compliance bottom line in a complex regulatory environment. Have training and teaching experience, and be able to improve employees' compliance awareness through case teaching.
