Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key business drivers.
• Develop insights to support decision-making across business units such as retail banking, corporate banking, and risk management.
• Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to improve customer segmentation, credit risk assessment, and fraud detection.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
• Automate data reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders through data storytelling and visualization.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple sources.
• Work closely with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and data privacy policies.
• Partner with business teams, risk management, and IT to align data insights with business objectives.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and impactful manner.
• Translate complex data concepts into business-friendly insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
• Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Solid understanding of financial products, risk analytics, and banking operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel, IFRS 9) is a plus.
