Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of business development plans for company products and services, including pursuit of strategic opportunities, organization of company events, sales management, client visits and deal closing;

• Assist with the development of marketing collaterals to grow company's brand and oversee the updating and content creation of the company's website and social accounts.

• Conduct regular competitors' research and analysis.

• Research and develop innovative sustainability solutions in response to client needs and global trends

• Establish partnership collaboration and look out for speaking opportunities to showcase company's capabilities.

• Plan and facilitate company events, workshops and training sessions in Asia, in particular Singapore and other ASEAN countries.

• Develop and maintain client and partnership networks, including professional support to business development initiatives;

• Develop compelling proposals/pitches and participation in tender interviews, pitch meetings and/or marketing presentations to potential clients to showcase the value proposition of company's solutions.

• Assist in project delivery to meet client expectations by integrating inputs from cross-border professional teams;

• Conduct sustainability assessments and identify gaps for client by evaluating their environmental and social impact; identify areas for improvement and opportunity.

• Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies for clients by creating customised roadmaps for achieving their sustainability goals.

• Advise clients on emerging sustainability trends and regulations by staying at the forefront of sustainability knowledge, providing insightful advice on regulatory compliance and best practices.

• Support clients in integrating sustainability principles into their core business operations, decision-making processes and marketing & communications of these principles to various stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education in sustainability studies or environmental science / management/ engineering or other relevant disciplines;

• Relevant working experience in sustainability consulting, carbon management, environmental engineering or related domains;

• Knowledge of GRI standards and/or GHG accounting is preferred;

• Knowledge of green building and/or green finance is an advantage;

• Skills, qualifications or experience in carbon/energy audits an added advantage;

• Experience in business development and/or corporate marketing is an advantage;

• Strong research and analytical capability with knowledge and passion in climate change and sustainability issues

• Excellent presentation, communication and analytical skills;

• Able to work independently, but also a good team player;

• Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of Chinese and other ASEAN languages is a bonus.
