- Lead the project team in the delivery of the project.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on schedule
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, and client specifications
- Management of the construction project in order to meet the construction timeline with cost efficiency without compromising quality and safety.
- Serve as the Technical Controller for assigned projects, providing guidance and solutions to complex challenges.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge in construction work, methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficient in construction planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and team members at all levels.
- Strong drive to achieve project milestones and deliver exceptional results.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
