This position reports to a leader in the Finance organization. Provides processing of payable and receivable transactions. Supervision ranges from moderate supervision on more difficult assignments to low supervision on less complicated tasks.

• Provides support to achieve department goals
• Close simple accounts and reconciliation of sub groups of balance sheets
• Conduct analysis of unresolved transactional issues, along with providing solutions to meet required deadlines
• Data entry of accounting transactions such as accounts payables and/or accounts receivables
• Handles funds (i.e. cashiering, receipt of customer payments, generation of payables checks to suppliers)
• Answers more complex questions from internal and external customers to solve problems for transactional issues (i.e. sales, purchasing, IT, suppliers, customers, etc.)
• Maintains transaction records and files
