Responsbilities:

• Work in a branch setting, addressing all sales leads and customer inquiries.
• Assess customers' financial needs through consultations and recommend appropriate financial solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication to encourage loyalty.
• Participate in the company's customer acquisition and marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with financial products and regulatory knowledge.
• Update and maintain activity and sales reports.
• Complete all mandatory training requirements.
• Take on any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• 2 years of work experience, preferably in the financial services industry, with CMFAS exam modules (M5, M9, M9A, HI)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer-focused mindset
