Diploma / Degree in sales/marketing or a related field.
Experience in a marketing or support role, preferably in retail, FMCG, or health and beauty industries.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Support

Prepare and submit listing forms and promotional forms on a timely manner.
Work closely with sales team to ensure promotions are planned and executed timely with respective channels.
Assist to track sales activities and progress against target.
Maintain accurate records of master price list and catalogue.
Prepare weekly sales report.
Work closely with sales ops team to ensure healthy inventory.
Assist and support the office administrative duties in sales.

Marketing Support

Support to track and manage the brand marketing budget efficiently, including preparation of A&P Claims.
Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collaterals for trade promotions.
Ensure timely execution of point-of-sale marketing materials, displays, and in-store promotions.
Assist to analyse market trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of branding campaigns and initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
Prepare monthly brand reports as required.
Collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
Other ad-hoc job-related duties as assigned.
