Key Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Conduct market research, tracking, and analysis within the company's management framework to develop mid-to-long-term strategies for refined oil products.
- Formulate annual work plans and budgets, oversee implementation, and propose optimization suggestions.
- Responsible for executing products oil import and export business in accordance with HQs' requirements, ensuring smooth export channels for refined oil products from CNOOC's domestic refineries; responsible for sourcing overseas products oil and petrochemical feedstock and developing relevant markets to ensure stable raw material supply for CNOOC-Shell.
- Responsible for sourcing overseas resources and developing overseas markets; maintaining supplier relationships and customer networks to secure stable resource supply channels.
- Conduct self-operated overseas business in a compliant, prudent, and risk-controlled manner.
- Study refined oil paper and physical market rules and hedging tools, provide hedging strategies, identify trade risks, and propose risk control measures.
- Take charge of specific trading tasks and targets assigned by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Master/Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Refining, Chemical Engineering, International Trade, Marketing, Petroleum Logistics, or related fields
- Familiarity with refined oil trading processes, international trade regulations, industry laws, and compliance requirements
- Familiar with China's domestic refining and petrochemical industry policies, and good in the feedstock requirements and product profiles of major domestic refineries.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, Strong analytical skills.
- High drive and strong commercially astute and innovative.
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both oral and written as needed to liaise with counterparties)
