Job description:

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu offerings to assist and recommend to customers.
• Ensure tables are properly set up and arranged for optimal guest comfort.
• Uphold excellent personal hygiene, appearance, and the overall presentation of the department at all times.
• Assist with general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing workstations and dining areas.
• Perform other related duties as required to support the team

• Ensure strict hygiene and cleanliness standards are constantly and consistently upheld and adhered to.

Job Requirements:
• Possess a valid WSQ Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate
• Previous experience in F&B (Hotel Industry) is an advantage.
• Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Well-groomed with a cheerful, approachable demeanor.
