We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. This role offers a chance to develop skills in consultative sales and gain in-depth knowledge of technical products. You'll divide your time between working in an office setting and visiting clients on-site to offer hands-on solutions.

This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about growing in a technical sales role and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take part in comprehensive training programs (3 to 6 months, paid) to learn about products and applications.
• Acquire a deep understanding of products through classes, workshops, and practical experience.
• Provide customers with technical advice and propose suitable products/services to address their needs.
• Address customer queries and requests promptly and effectively.
• Build and grow a client base within your assigned sales territory.
• Conduct regular customer visits (three days per week) to offer technical solutions and sales consultations in diverse industries.
• Launch and promote new products successfully.
• Develop and execute territory strategies to achieve growth goals.
• Organize seminars and participate in trade shows, as necessary.
• Operate independently in day-to-day tasks while adhering to organizational policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Business or an Engineering-related field is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for learning about technical products and working in manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Active listening skills and the ability to address customer needs effectively.
• Possessing a valid Class 3 driver's license is a plus.
