Location: 5-10 mins walk from City Hall / Bugis / Bras Basah MRT station
Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Salary: $2,800 to $3,200 per month

Job Description

• Oversee the marketing and development of Trading Card Game (TCG) brands
• Manage and motivate team members, ensuring that members work to their fullest potential and deliver their assigned tasks with highest proficiency
• Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a sense of collaboration and accountability
• Set the team goals within the overall company's goals and objectives
• Cooperate with team members to plan and execute brand strategies to achieve the desired goals
• Manage team's budget
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management position
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
• Proactive and has good decision-making skills
• Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent at schedule management and multitasking
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
• Open to travel overseas for business trips when required

Good to have

• Knowledge in our trading card games
• Japanese language skills (in order to liaise with Japanese speaking associates)
• Public speaking skills
