editlounge is growing it's team! We specialize in crafting compelling visual stories for TV, brands and digital platforms. We're looking for young people with a passion for post production to specialize in video editing, audio mixing, colour grading and even workflow management.

You will be working closely with directors, producers, and creatives, you'll play a central role in shaping the final story-whether it's a short-form social spot, a high-end commercial, or a long-form reality.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience using one or all industry-standard editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Resolve, or Pro tools)
• A strong reel showcasing your editing range, storytelling sense, and visual style
• Great communication skills and the ability to take (and give) feedback
• Reliable time management and an ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
• A sharp eye for detail and a passion for bringing ideas to life in the edit suite

Bonus Points If You Also Have:

• Basic to intermediate skills in audio mixing or sound cleanup (e.g. Pro Tools, Audition)
• Experience with colour grading, even at a base level (e.g. DaVinci Resolve)
• A solid understanding of file formats, codecs, and export settings for different platforms
