Lico Resources is partnering with a leading global enterprise software solutions company known for enabling financial transformation through innovative performance management tools. As they expand across Asia, they are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to drive strategic enterprise sales focused on the CFO office/Finance Department.
In this role, you will manage key relationships with large enterprise clients, lead high-value deal negotiations, and execute sales strategies tailored to the needs of finance leaders. You will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline through self-sourced opportunities and collaboration with partners and internal teams. A deep understanding of finance-related business challenges and the ability to translate these into tailored EPM solutions will be critical. The role requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably within the EPM/CPM space, with a proven track record of selling to large organisations and engaging senior finance executives. Strong communication, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skills are essential.
