Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Nutrition and Psychology Programmes
• Create and maintain programme policies and procedures
• Lead academic and administrative teams in managing operations, resources, and facilities
• Liaise with university partners and overseas campuses on academic matters, new courses, and student issues
• Manage programme budgets and resources effectively
• Provide academic leadership and student development
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, education regulations, and organizational policies in all academic and student-related activities
• Serve as a leader and focal point for students and faculty within the programme
• Take up teaching assignments while assisting the Faculty Head in managing and commencing academic programmes
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to meet enrolment goals and execute promotional activities

Requirements:

• A Ph.D or Master's degree in Nutrition or a relevant field with at least 5 to 7 years of work experience in the educational sector
• At least 7 years' industry leadership experience with credible portfolio.
• Meticulous, with good attention to detail and the ability to work within tight deadlines
• Self-driven, proactive and a "hands-on" leader with solid team-building and people management skills
• Good working knowledge of prevailing regulatory requirements for PEI
• Demonstrated success in program development, strategic planning, and budget management
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
