• Industry/ Organization Type: F & B/Catering & Event
• Position Title: Commis Cook/Kitchen Assistant
• Working Location: Senoko
• Working Hours: 6 days
• Salary Package: Up to $2200 + OT (hours in lieu) + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Keep track of stock and make sure items are available.
• Store items properly and check stock every week.
• Work with chefs to know what items need ordering.
• Make sure all orders are correct each day.
• Follow all standard procedures strictly.
• Prepare food for cooking, checking quality and quantity.
• Keep the kitchen clean and safe.
• Perform all other ad-hoc as assigned by management and supervisors.
