Job Description:

One of our clients is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in their retail shop. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations of the store contributing to its success through exemplary customer service, strategic collaboration, and effective staff management.

• Assist Store manager, Assistant store manager in all areas of daily operations (customer service, inventory control, merchandising, store campaigns, brand promotion and human resource matters).
• Handles the opening and closing the store operations during the shift and oversees the daily operations of the store, including cash management and any kind of store situations.
• Do daily briefing for the daily sales targets and other information, lead the store staff to ensure they are met or exceeded for the day.
• Communicate clearly with fellow management team members on tasks handover to ensure smooth operation.
• Analyze daily/hourly/weekly sales and customer trends, and collaborate with fellow store management team members to develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction and experience.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration/Retail/Logistics, or any related field, and/or minimum 2 years of proven experience in retail management, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Program (Excel/Word/Powerpoint)
• Proficiency or familiarity with common social media platforms, and creativity for marketing/branding ideas is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work in shift hours, including weekends and public holiday
