• Position Title: Outdoor Sales Executive
• Working Location: MacPherson (near MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Claim + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the HVAC sector.
• Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, presentations, and cold calling to expand the customer base.
• Understand customer needs, provide expert advice, and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations that accurately communicate the value proposition of the company solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support to clients.
• Stay updated to the latest market trends and monitor competitors' activities.
• Manage sales cycles from lead generation to closure, ensuring fulfilment of sales targets and goals.
• Regularly report on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions to management.

• Proven sales experience, ideally within the HVAC industry.
• With technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
