Requirements

Assembly Technician

• Perform various mechanical assembly tasks for production projects.
• Assemble complex wire harnesses, cables (coax, twin-ax, tri-ax, power, flat).
• Modify, rework, and reassemble components using drawings and instructions.
• Use hand tools and machines (screwdriver, solder iron, crimpers, heat gun, etc.).
• Clean parts before production when needed.
• Identify wires using basic color codes.
• Assist in first-time production runs of new products.

QA Technician

• Conduct incoming inspections and first article inspections per procedures and drawings.
• Maintain instrument calibration system, documentation, and procedures.
• Apply quality techniques (Six Sigma, ANOVA, Taguchi, SPC, Gauge R&R) for robust systems.
• Use hand tools and machines (screwdriver, soldering iron, crimpers, heat gun, etc.).
• Manage and maintain the QA laboratory.
• Support internal and supplier audits for ISO Quality System compliance.
