This position requires the candidate to manage customers and cleaners under him/her and oversee the company's day-to-day operations.

* Monday to Saturday

* Monitor and manage cleaning services and teams

* Able to multitask and cover manpower if needed

(required to do hands-on cleaning work).

* Work with the team lead to deploy available manpower daily for next-day arrangements.

* Visit each site daily for inspection, ensuring on-site standards of cleanliness and work quality and meeting clients' requirements.

* Manage clients' complaints/feedback

* Cleaning schedule and coordination with the Team lead.

* Ensure cleaning teams for the safety measures during cleaning operations, and perform a risk assessment onsite.

* Guide the team to respond accordingly to incidents and emergencies

* Raise requests for purchases of materials and equipment for the site

* Check each site's stock level and update the office.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* At least 1 year of working experience in the same or similar cleaning industry.

(Coffeeshop, Foodcourt and Central Kitchen)

* Self-motivated and able to manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* A team player who can manage a team well and work independently.

* Able to speak basic Mandarin Chinese & English and communicate with the elderly cleaners

* MUST HAVE A Good personality, Good working attitude, Punctuality and Good Attendance

* Problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
