Job Description:
Job Requirement:
- Give quotation to client based on the inquiry.
- Coordinate with Engineering Department to ensure the demands from client.
- Receive and process incoming sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Generate material or service request in ERP.
- Monitor the order flow in ERP.
- Closely follow up with shipment schedules defined in sales order for timely delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with necessary internal departments like procurement and logistics to ensure seamless order and shipping processing.
- Coordinate with factory on need.
- Manage various back-end processes for smooth operations.
- Assist to prepare reports and analysis as required.
- Be administrative support in ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business/ Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least a minimum of 1 years of relevant working experience is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point is essential.
- Meticulous, organized, and independent is highly valued in this position.
- Must possess excellent communication skills with good command of English.
- Candidate with strong organizational skills and able to multi-task with less supervision.
- Attention to Detail and result-oriented personals are preferred.
