Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development and execution of HR and office administration strategies aligned with company's objectives
  • Lead initiatives to support productivity, employee engagement, and retention
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, managing conflicts and maintaining effective communication between employee and management
  • Manage and resolve industrial relations issues, including union negotiations, disputes and grievances
  • Promote a positive organisational culture through effective employee communication, conflict resolution, and team-building initiatives
  • Foster employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and employee career development
  • Work closely with HR Department, Operations Department and Accounts Department
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as administration manager
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • An analytical & attentive mind with problem-solving skill
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
