Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Oversee the development and execution of HR and office administration strategies aligned with company's objectives
- Lead initiatives to support productivity, employee engagement, and retention
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, managing conflicts and maintaining effective communication between employee and management
- Manage and resolve industrial relations issues, including union negotiations, disputes and grievances
- Promote a positive organisational culture through effective employee communication, conflict resolution, and team-building initiatives
- Foster employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee career development
- Work closely with HR Department, Operations Department and Accounts Department
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as administration manager
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical & attentive mind with problem-solving skill
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
