Our client is a Market leader in the Energy | Chemicals Industry and they are now seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join their team in Singapore.

The Role:

• Contribute to the development and execution of the (Legal) functional strategy
• Draft and negotiate various contracts and documents and support the organization operationally
• Participate in legal due diligence and business integration in connection with mergers and acquisitions or other strategic initiative
• Assist to develop standard operating procedures, guidelines, and documentation templates
• Advise on issues relating to commercial contracts e.g. supply contracts, sales contracts, purchase orders

To Qualify:

• Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Law or equivalent.
