Job Requirements

• \tFluent Mandarin and English skill, be comfort with Mandarin environment

• \tSelf-motivated, goal-oriented and a team player     

• \tStrong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on candidates

• \tExcellent verbal and written communication skills

• \tProficiency in MS Office Suite: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.

• \tFamiliarity with LinkedIn or other job boards is a plus

Job scope

• \tAssist in identifying suitable candidates: This could involve using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to find potential candidates.

• \tConduct initial resume screenings: Shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience.

• \tPerform phone screenings: Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates to assess their skills and experience.

• \tUpdate and maintain the recruitment database: Ensure accurate records of candidates and their progress in the hiring pipeline.

• \tOrganize candidate profiles: Keep candidate information organized and easily accessible.

• \tSchedule and coordinate interviews: Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers
