Job Responsibilities:

- Cooking & Preparation: Proficient in frying and basic stir-frying techniques, preparing dishes in accordance with company standards.

- Team Support: Actively contribute to a collaborative team environment, offering assistance wherever necessary to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

- Equipment Maintenance & Safety: Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment, adhering to safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times.

- Operational Efficiency: Focus on maintaining high efficiency in kitchen operations, while identifying opportunities for cost-saving without compromising quality.

- Dish Preparation: Prepare frying dishes and sauces as per the required specifications, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

- Certifications: Hold a valid hygiene certification.

- Personal Attributes: A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and approachable manner.
