Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for delivering superior client experience through understanding, anticipating and executing client's transactions and providing excellent administrative and organizational support to Client Advisor.
• Support Client Advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience;
• Be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.;
• Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities;
• Support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals;
• Adhere to Internal policies & procedures and escalate where necessary;
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements; and
• Provides coverage for buddy CAAs.
Requirements
• 1 - 3 years of work experience as CAA
• Experience in banking industry
• Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
• Experience in entrepreneurial environments and the flexibility to work in both highly structured corporate settings and less structured start‐up environments
Good to have
• Experience in Expersoft
• Usage of Bloomberg Terminal
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
