Looking for Singaporean Clinic Assistants who are able to do SHIFT WORK (day/evening shift).

Expected duties are, including but not limited to the following:

Counter duties

- Registration of patients, dispensing of medication and collection of payments

- Performing Specialist/Hospital referrals

- Ensuring laboratory/imaging investigations are sent to appropriate vendors

- Follow-up treatment/ blood tests and vaccination

- Handling of incoming calls and enquiries

- Assist doctors with chaperoning

Administrative tasks

- Submission of subsidised claims

- Submission of private claims for various insurance schemes

- Stock take

- Scanning of documents
