- Management and facilitation of the cafe and team during operations

- Training and development for current and new coffee bar staff, floor staff and test kitchen scheduling with kitchen Sous Chef

- Adhere and ensure consistency in workflow, practices and processes across team and individual stations

- Preparation of roster and monthly PnL in accordance to company's standard and policies

- Inventory and stock-supplies management

- Monthly meeting with Higher Management

- Maintenance of hygiene standards and organization of workspace, tools and equipment

- Commitment to and delivery of exceptional customer service and hospitality experience

Requirement:

- At least 3 years of F&B experience in working in a fast-paced environment

- Passionate in learning about cafe business and development of the business

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to contribute and work in a dynamic, high-energy and efficient team

- Managerial work experience in relevant field and barista skills preferred
