Job Title: Ecommerce Assistant (ID8113)
Location: Tai Seng
Working Hour: 5.5 days work
Monday-Friday 9:30am - 6pm, Saturday 9:30am to 12:30 pm (Alternate Saturday)
Salary: $2300 - $2500

Job Description:
-Handles all fulfillment requests by processing all customer orders daily.
-Work closely with operation team to ensure timely packing, shipments & inventory management and review the fulfillment /delivery options at all times.
-Pick and Packaging: Ensure that products are packaged securely and appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
-Inventory Control: Keep track of physical inventory currently on sale.
-Perform extensive research on items to be posted and determine the best possible price.
-Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales, customer engagement, and brand awareness
-Preferably able to take videos and photos for new products release
-Manage and optimise our e-commerce platforms and channels, ensuring user-friendly shopping experience
-Develop offline presence by partnering with key retailers
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation
-Replies to customer enquiries in the e-commerce platforms

Requirement:
-Takes an active role, and partners with the other E-commerce team members in the day-to-day operation of the e-commerce business.
-Self-starter and able to work effectively independently
-Proven track record in developing and executing successful e-commerce strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
-Proficient in project management, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and prioritise multiple tasks
-Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-A team player with a strong customer-centric mindset
-Other tasks assigned by the manager.
