Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Draft and review contracts related to the full lifecycle of overseas short drama business, proactively build and regularly optimize contract templates and risk review mechanisms.
- Responsible for the company's copyright protection work by utilizing legal measures to combat infringement and safeguard the company's commercial interests.
- Establish a comprehensive response mechanism for copyright infringement, including monitoring, evidence collection, complaint letters, negotiations, and dispute resolution. Formulate cross-border and multi-jurisdiction copyright protection strategies.
- Monitor overseas copyright protection policies and platform regulations, with a focus on analyzing safe harbor rules, platform responsibilities, and other compliance points. Provide strategic guidance for multi-jurisdictional and multi-platform complaints to ensure efficient and timely copyright protection processes.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, with legal professional qualification examination passed.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required to handle legal documents, contracts, and communications related to jurisdictions where Chinese is the primary business language (e.g., China).
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in copyright protection or litigation at a reputable law firm or internet company is preferred.
- Familiarity with DMCA copyright protection mechanisms, with practical experience in requesting content removal on overseas platforms (such as YouTube, Facebook, Dailymotion) is a plus.
- Possesses strong logical thinking, sharp legal awareness, and accurate legal judgment.
- High sense of responsibility and strong execution skills.
