Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines efficiently.
- Ensure daily production output meets quality, productivity, and target requirements.
- Check materials and prepare tools required for production before machining.
- Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines to ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness, housekeeping, and adherence to SOPs.
- Identify and report issues to engineers, assisting in investigations to formulate corrective or preventive actions.
- Update process monitoring data in the system for tracking and improvement.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in setting up and operating CNC milling centers (multi-axis experience is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of tooling criteria, machining applications, and process documentation.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and symbols accurately.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willing to work in a rotating shift schedule.
- Minimum NITEC in Precision Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
