Roles & Responsibilities
- Deep expertise in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud), with proven experience in designing hybrid cloud solutions, cloud security frameworks, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven track record in leading enterprise transformation initiatives across diverse industries, including BFSI, Public Sector, and Retail, ensuring regulatory and compliance adherence.
- Strong experience in orchestrating large-scale application modernization, migration, and re-platforming initiatives, including microservices adoption and API-first architectures.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO27001) and secure application design principles, ensuring compliance with data sovereignty and regulatory frameworks in the ASEAN region.
- Extensive expertise in AI/ML solutions, with the ability to design and integrate AI/ML models into enterprise solutions, driving innovation and business outcomes across multiple industries.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT consulting, enterprise architecture, or solutioning roles with proven leadership experience
Good to Have
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and data sovereignty in ASEAN.
- Experience with industry verticals such as BFSI, Public Sector, Manufacturing, and Retail.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills for industry forums and executive roundtables.
- Prior experience with large consulting organizations such as IBM, Deloitte, Capgemini, and Accenture
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of enterprise-level solutioning and client engagement models.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and lead the solutions strategy for Singapore & ASEAN, aligning with TCS's global and regional business goals.
- Drive thought leadership in emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud computing, digital transformation, and cybersecurity.
- Partner with sales and account management teams to drive solution-led business development.
- Lead high-impact client engagements, articulating TCS's value proposition and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for solutions across industries such as BFSI, Public Sector, Manufacturing, and Retail.
- Provide strategic guidance on solution architecture, cloud adoption, application modernization, and enterprise IT landscapes.
- Drive design thinking and innovation workshops to identify new opportunities for clients.
- Build and maintain C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships across Singapore & ASEAN.
- Collaborate with technology partners (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, SAP, Oracle, etc.) to co-develop solutions.
- Establish robust governance frameworks to ensure the quality, scalability, and sustainability of solutions.
