We are looking for a dynamic legal person for our group of companies.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a wide range of legal-related matters for a portfolio of companies
• Provide general legal advice and support for day to day commercial operations
• Review, advise and draft commercial contracts
• Review banking and financing documents.
• Maintain patents and trademark portfolio
• Contract management and administration (ie: ensuring proper records and filing system)
• Liaise with external counsels in connection with disputes and other litigation matters

Role Requirements:

• LLB / Bachelor of Laws
• Strong commercial acumen and problem solving skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Possess excellent negotiation, communication and people management skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in company and commercial law and contract negotiations
