Responsibilities:

- Prepare group consolidation in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) ("SFRS(I)s")

- Prepare SGX announcement in accordance with SGX Listing Requirement, and SFRS(I)s

- Timely and accurate preparation and analysis of the group financial and management reports

- Liaise with overseas finance team to ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly accounts, as well as compliance with group accounting policies

- Prepare and support annual budgets and forecast for the Group

- Liaise with external auditors for external audits

- Support any ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

- Degree in Accountancy

- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in group consolidation, financial reporting and SGX regulatory compliance

- Candidates with audit and Cognos experience will have an added advantage

- Proficiency in MS office

- Self-motivated, with a positive learning attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Able to work independently and proactively within a team

- Meticulous and task-oriented
