Key Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
- Design, implement, and manage compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefit programs across the region.
- Lead annual salary review, benchmarking, and market competitiveness analysis.
- Partner with finance and HRBP teams on headcount planning, budgeting, and cost modelling.
- Oversee employee wellness and insurance programs, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure C&B policies are aligned with corporate governance, internal equity, and local regulations.
Talent Acquisition (TA):
- Develop and execute TA strategy to attract top talent across technical, commercial, and support functions.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles across regional markets.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
- Lead employer branding efforts in collaboration with internal comms and marketing.
- Implement and optimize ATS, recruitment KPIs, and talent pipeline initiatives.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and develop a small team of TA and C&B specialists.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, business leaders, and external consultants.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR operations and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's or HR certifications preferred).
- At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record in both C&B and TA.
- Experience in the medical technology, healthcare, or life sciences industries preferred.
- Strong analytical and project management skills; comfortable working with compensation data and HR systems.
- Solid understanding of regional labor laws, reward structures, and talent trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
